Logs off a user logged in through Terminal Services

Parameters

Server : PyHANDLE

Handle to a terminal server

SessionId : int

Terminal services session id as returned by win32ts::WTSEnumerateSessions

Wait : boolean

Indicates whether operation should be performed asynchronously
