If param if PP_KEYSET_SEC_DESCR, can be a combination of OWNER_SECURITY_INFORMATION,GROUP_SECURITY_INFORMATION,DACL_SECURITY_INFORMATION,SACL_SECURITY_INFORMATION

Return Value
